2. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on VootUp — including subscription plans, event credits, and any other paid features — are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase on VootUp, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.
- Unused credits or subscription periods are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
- Cancellation of a subscription will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for any amount already charged.
3. Exceptions
We may consider refunds only in the following limited circumstances, at our sole discretion:
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our platform
- Payment processed but access was never granted due to a system failure
To raise such a request, please email hi@thethoughtbulb.com within 7 days of the charge, with your payment receipt and a description of the issue.
