2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VootUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. Description of Service

VootUp is an event engagement platform that enables organisations to run interactive team-building activities, challenges, quizzes, and photo/video experiences for their employees and participants.

Features include event creation, participant management, challenge deployment, leaderboards, photo galleries, and real-time broadcasts.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring that content you submit (photos, videos, answers) complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights
Not using the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose

5. Payments & Billing

Access to certain features of VootUp requires a paid subscription or per-event fee. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. By making a payment, you agree to our Refund Policy.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to VootUp. By submitting content, you grant VootUp a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the platform for the purpose of running your event.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thought Bulb Research and Development LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VootUp, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to VootUp in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of VootUp at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
